Ed Cross is pleased to announce the latest iteration of Drop In, held in dialogue with Tavistock Art Open 2025, led by Professor Eenasul Fateh and Abbas Zahedi at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, 120 Belsize Lane, London NW3 5BA. The event will take place in Seminar Room 4 from 12 noon to 1:30 pm on Friday 4th July 2025.

As with all Drop Ins - coffee, tea and biscuits will be served. As the venue is a restricted area, RSVP is essential: kindly RSVP here to receive confirmation of attendance.

Drop In is open to all and is part of Fateh and Zahedi’s ongoing collaboration, extending our understanding of how human beings can be with each other in viable ways across contexts.

Partly informed by Fateh’s acclaimed work at the Tavistock Clinic’s Trauma Unit and his participation in the Terra Foundation for American Art/KADIST initiative Museum as Hospital, Drop In has also evolved alongside the groundbreaking monthly Begin Again support group - conceived and led by Zahedi, with Fateh and others - which forms a core part of Tate Modern’s Gathering Ground exhibition (running throughout 2025), exploring threatened ecologies, and in which Zahedi’s commissioned installation takes centre stage.

The next Begin Again event will take place on Saturday 5th July at Tate Modern, 15:00–17:00.

Please note: these events are not filmed, recorded or photographed. Attendees participate on their own and anticipate that they will be in the company of strangers from a wide range of circumstances.
